Sleep is an important indicator of health. Having healthy sleep hygiene is essential for overall wellness. How do you sleep? What are the barriers to a good night sleep for you? Find out what leads to the disruption of sleep, how sleep effects your overall health, and how you can start sleeping well. We will also be doing a personal sleep assessment/evaluation, start sleep journaling, and utilizing a Sleep Wellness Workbook
