½ cup of your base (non-fat/low-fat milk, cashew milk, almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, or lactaid)
1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt
3 or 4 diced strawberries
½ of a banana or avocado
½ cup of ice
- Gather all the ingredients and place them in a blender. Secure lid on blender.
- Blend until smooth or desired texture.
