What is Mindfulness?

Our basic ability to be fully present and aware of where we are and what we are doing through breathing and attention.

What does Mindfulness do?

Mindfulness has been proven to enhance compassion, empathy & kindness. It also helps people find clarity and focus during their day. After mindfulness practices, it has been found that the brain is able to grow and regulate itself better than it had before.
