The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that the day-to-day functioning of the Churchill Community Coalition (hereinafter referred to as “CCC”) is attended to in a professional, ethical, efficient, and effective manner.

Community Health Worker Program Assistant

Reports to: Deputy Director
Compensation: Starting $17.50 per/ hour
FT Position

Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the CHW Program Assistant provides program services to community members, and aids the Deputy Director in the overseeing, and organization of the program, and all program reporting.

Community Health Worker

PT Position

Our Community Health Worker provides program services to community members, performs client/community assessments, program reporting, reports to Coalition Deputy Director, and performs program tasks as assigned.

Youth Resource Liaison

Reports to: Project Coordinator
Compensation: Starting $15.00 per/ hour
PT Position

Resource Liaison is responsible for teaching the Coalition’s substance abuse prevention and health and wellness education to youth and community members. This position requires a high school diploma, or certification of equivalence, experience working with youth, knowledge of MS office products, and good organizational, communication and documentation. RL is responsible for honoring HIPAA, personal rights, mandatory reporting and confidentiality.
