CONNECT with Nutrition: Make Every Meal A Meditation

Eating is something we all have to do and we know what we eat contributes to our overall health. But did you know how you eat does as well. Learn about how you currently eat and how to start eating as a meditation. We will also learn how to cook and prepare a meal using the principals of mindfulness. And each participant will have an opportunity to make a mindful recipe book.
